"As a photographer, I strive to capture the beauty of ordinary things … a flower from my garden, light through a window, timeworn objects discovered at a flea market. I’m influenced by the past when life seemed a little simpler. My photos are romantic daydreams infused with a touch of vintage inspiration.

Although I live in suburbia, my heart is firmly planted in the country. On the rare occasions when I don’t have a camera in my hand, I enjoy decorating my home, creating jewellery from vintage pieces, quilting and baking … unless, of course, there’s an antique flea market going on nearby!"

  12. Lovely photographs. The Secret Garden one really made me happy. On a whim, I read The Secret Garden last summer and it was just as good (or better!) than I remembered from girlhood :)
