What Does it Need?

I just took and edited this photo of my neighbors home today and just wondered what you think it needs? It doesn't feel quite complete to me. Hmmm........

    I agree with caty.....just a thin think line of the same brown as a border around it...

    Maybe it needs some larger, fuzzier, bokeh-ish spots of snow in the foreground to give it a little more depth?

    Try popping the sky up a bit. It needs something to push that house to the forefront. I love the house. It looks like gingerbread! - Kathy

    All it needs is a sage green border the same color as the house, Such a pretty photo.

    I love the colors, especially the sky. It has the potential to go somber and grey, but it doesn't. I think it's quite sweet. Maybe it's just a matter of cropping. I'd like to see the chimney closer to the left edge. You have the start of some awesome negative space happening... :)
