Vintage YELLOW Collage

Vintage RED Collage

Vintage PINK Collage

Good morning! It's Friday and you've made it through another week. :) Was it a good one? Anything new and interesting? Most of life is pretty day-to-day but it's nice when there's an event or a good memory to add to the mix.

Well, as you can see, I'm not featuring an artist today. I had a really bad night with extreme nerve pain in my head and face (left side) and I'm off to see the neurologist. Most likely he will have me hooked up to an IV for a round of steroids which temporarily knocks this type of pain out. Sorry to bore you with all of the dreary details, but in case you don't know this pain syndrome is something I've been experiencing for the last couple of months. Last night it flared up pretty bad...I've never experienced such intense pain. It almost makes childbirth look easy. ;)

Anyways, thankyou for your kind words, thoughts, and prayers. I'm planning on being here Monday. Have a great weekend! xo

P.S. I'm thinking about selling the above collages in my shop. Do you think something like this would sell? I'm not sure people would really want to hang collages in their home. What do you think?

  3. hello miss vicki :)
you know how big of a fan i am. as a customer, i think what i would love is a package deal on 3 or 4 prints. that way, i would be able to mix and match my favorites and be more tempted to indulge in more of your stunning photos!
wishing you a relaxing, feel good weekend...

  4. First off, I hope you'll be feeling better in no time. I suffer from migraines so I feel your pain! Hopefully they'll find out soon enough what's causing it, and you can at least try and avoid it...
Now about these collages... Yes, they're gorgeous so I say you should totally list them in your shop :)

  5. I think people would buy them if they could envision how they would like in a frame of if they came already framed.

  7. Hoping you have a better night tonight (and weekend!). I love the collages. I second the commenter who suggested showing how they would appear framed - or offering them as individual prints in a set. Lovely, lovely photos!

  18. I hear you Vicki- my arthritis has been bad lately, trying a new therapy :( Hoping you feel better....Yes, I believe someone decorating with a specific color would appreciate a "deal" on multiple prints (maybe not selling them as one, since people tend to be picky you may be dealing with some asking you to change the collage to their specifications! imagine? :)

  19. I LOVE collages! These are so beautiful. It might be interesting to vary the size of each of the images though- like one big one and a couple other sizes, so that there is a focal point for when people hang in them in their home? just an idea. :) I hope you feel better soon. It's so hard when something doesn't feel as it should. Hang in there!

  21. Hi Vicki,

I just read about what you've been going through and wanted to tell you that I'm sending good thoughts your way and that I admire you even more now for all you do even though you are in such pain at times. You are so super creative and an inspiration for so many people!
Be strong! Things will get better!!!
    You ROCK!!!

  22. Hi Vicki, I do hope you will get better very soon!! I like these compos very much! I think you might sell them in a set of 4 separate pics (instead of one collage). Maybe some people would like to make a different order, or put all the four next to each other in one line (instead of a square) - depending on the frame they would like to use. Just an idea. Have a lovely day! Take care, my Friend!

  23. I really hope you're feeling better. It's so hard to feel creative when you're in pain.

I just had to tell you that I LOVE all three collages, it would be hard to pick just one! They're great because I can have just one fantastic piece (I have limited wall space) with several of my fave photos all rolled into one fantastic piece to frame!
