It does not have to be a particular narrative, rather a certain mood, a glimpse. Sometimes lost memories resurface and I try to express transitory experience of it. It is at the same time complicated and simple. I, on purpose, keep things minimal not to interfere with the observer's own associations or emotions. Emotions are important to me to have certain purity and simplicity. Inner silence is important to me as in it there is a room for so much life.

This part of her interview really struck me about how there is a story behind every piece: "It does not have to be a particular narrative, rather a certain mood, a glimpse." It's how I feel but, have not found the right words to express it and here she did it so wonderfully.
