Announcing ~ May/June Featured Artists!

Good morning! Thankyou to all of you who submitted your work for this months Artist Spotlights. There was so much talent and it was really tough for me to narrow it down. If you read my post on Friday, I've decided to feature fewer artists each week because I want to encourage comments for the featured artists and I think featuring 9 artists a week was a little overwhelming. Also, I'd like to be able to dedicate more time to Art Walk 4 Kids. If you would like to become involved in some way, just let me know. Thanks for your patience as we try to see what type of schedule works best for the Artist Spotlights. So, the good news is...if you are selected for a spotlight, you will be featured on your own day! :)

This is how the new schedule will look:

Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri. ~ I will feature 1 artist a day instead of 3. Yep, only 4 artists a week, but I figure that's still almost 200 artists a year!

Wednesday ~ Special Features ("I Create", "Art Talk", "Creative Spaces") I am also trying to think of a feature where YOU can become involved through discussion or maybe even posting your latest project. I'll keep you updated on this. ;)
