I COULD LIVE HERE - STELLAN'S WORLD

Good morning!  I'm still wiping the sleep out of my eyes, but I'm determined to blog for 2 days in a row!  Pathetic, huh?  It sure is easier having daily themes now because I don't have to over think what I'm going to post each morning.  ;)

I hope your week's off to a good start.  The sky's blue and the sun's sun's shining so "so far so good" here in Seattle!

Look at these images by the talented Swedish photographer, Stellan Herner!  If you like girly interiors then his photos will definitely catch your eye.  If you're like me, though, I have different tastes in home styles.  I love the soft feminine mood to these rooms, this modern rustic room from Ikea, and this eclectic vintage-style room from the home of illustrator Paula Mills.

But for today, it's feminine all the way.  Enjoy the gorgeous portfolio of Stellan Herner!

  1. Vicki, you have excellent taste, dear lady!

Oooo....oooo....oooo! I'm lovin' the soft pastel colors and the 'airy quality' to these rooms. I'm not one for strong colors to live in, I prefer an almost subliminal color scheme to a room - like the ones you shared here. Yet, like you, I also enjoy looking at different styles for different homes. I spent some time living in Japan, and since then, my sense of decor has become minimalist. I enjoy a clean, open, and airy feel to a room. Kinda natural.

I checked out the links you left for us and enjoy them. Love the photo you pinned on Pinerest. Isn't Ikea great?

    Hope you had terrific Tuesday!

    1. Thanks, Ron! I appreciate that.

I generally enjoy pretty minimalist decor styles too. I love rustic, lots of wood work, and white with splashes of muted color. I'll have to post some home photos soon. :)

And, yes, Ikea is awesome...inexpensive, too!

    1. Ooh, that's a great idea that your roommate had! That probably looks super cute!

Hey, you're doing better than me if you post every other day. Good for you, Angela. :-)

    1. Ha ha .... I think most women would at least like to stay at a bed and breakfast like this even if they wouldn't do their own home quite like this. ;)
