Just Some Pretty Rooms.....



Sigh...just found these pretty room photos on Deco Photo Blog yesterday and thought I'd show you. My mind is on decorating alot these days with the possibility of a move in our near future. I love the earthy quality of these rooms, the dark mixed with the light, and the feminine/masculine combination of furniture. It seems like both a man and a woman could be content in these spaces. I think my favorite is the second room...I can imagine myself spending alot of time dreaming out of those windows.

    Beautiful pictures Vicki! I have to go with you on the second one, although I love them all...for the same reasons as you.

    Like you, I would get completely lost looking out that window...nothing compares with being on the water...aaaaahhhhhh

    The attic living room is AMAZING!! It's perfect in so many ways... the whites, browns, yellows and rose. The water! The ceiling, the coffee table and brown leather chair.... that lamp and the floor pillow. I'm not sure I've ever seen a pic of space I love more.

    Wow, I love that second image! Slanted rooves always do it for me, there's something very homely and cosy about them.

    Not to mention the view from the window, it's like a fairytale. (is it even real??)
