Here's a short quote (not sure of the author) that helped me out of a slump recently:

"Get out of your head and into your life!" Isn't that a good one? Way too much analyzing can go on in our brains, when really what we need is to get out there and LIVE. ;)

    I think that's a great quote. We sometimes just stay in the box, what we really need to do is like what you say get out there and live! Who knows what great things come along!
