Orange & Brown Room ~ Inspiring Decor



One of my favorite contemporary color schemes is brown, orange, and cream. I enjoy this Monday series because it's fun for me to find inspirational photos (the orange & brown flower above) and a room that color coordinates. Maybe not your thing, but for some odd reason, I love doing this! Before going to a client's home for a color consultation I always encourage them to find an "inspiration piece". It can be a photo they love, a piece of art, a decorative toss pillow, or even a favorite clothing item. Then I put together a custom color scheme for their home based on the colors of their "inspiration piece".
